Lol these Ks were not 1k, closer to 1200 so I’ll call them that. This was interesting because I’m not sure how hard I should be pushing. I ended up pushing more in the latter reps because I could. Don’t know if I qualified as straining or not. 4 minute rest kinda meant they needed to be pretty fast.
