Notes
I got kinda tired of cross training and wanted to run, so I did. The ankle felt fine, and I had an abundance of energy as my splits went 7:00, 7:00, 6:42, 6:39, 6:27, 6:24, 6:21, 5:47. At no point did I feel like I was pushing to hit a pace, my body just wanted to move forward so I allowed it.
So tonight my ankle is tightening up a bit, I did some more exercises on it, we will see what works, if it is fine tomorrow I will run again because its so much more fun than biking.
