Martha's house to Casco Bay Bridge (6 miles) and then back to Back Cove. Very hot in the sun. We ran 7.3 miles and then walked because Martha was tired. Got another 1.4 miles in. We're both still sore from Paige's class yesterday. I was happy the heat didn't bother me as much as I expected.
