Headed to Shepard to run with the team. Figured it would be workout Wednesday which sucked cus I did the workout yesterday. I just jumped on their warm up and cool down with them but also did a rep of their workout. They were doing 300s at mile and 800 effort with a fast 200 and 6 second sprint. The team was lookin pretty good. It was pretty cool to be running with the Madzias, the Evans, the Lerners, and the Jacksons again. You know what, scratch that last one. God you haven't changed Jackson lolol. Lookin forward to a few more runs with these goofy guys before I head back
Saw what I thought was a snake in the grass next to the track until I got closer. Turns out it was a piece of weave presumably from a sprinter earlier. Classic Shepard
