Notes

So the workout was like a 20-25 minute tempo plus 5-8 1 min on 1 min off, but I got there late, so I had to run straight into the workout. I basically already had 1.5 miles of 6:00 pace before I even got to the tempo loop, so I basically just started the workout without a warmup. I joined one of the back groups as I ran up to them in the farmland area and finished the 20 minutes with them, so I ended up with 28:03 minutes of tempo. We took about 3 minutes of jogging rest to meet up with another group to do 6 of the 1 ons/1 offs. They weren't too bad, and they felt pretty good when your legs started movin quick.
