Notes

Did not actually use HRM. Ran over to bottom of Maple Crest hill, then walked up MC 2.5 times and jogged down FOP 2.5 times, then back home for a total of 6 miles. All in all, I think the 2-mile hill loop works better for this. Right hip/groin got gradually more sore up to about 4 miles, then suddenly got better. Quads improved from yesterday.
