Just couldn't face putting the HRM on today so just ran, breathing 3/3 except on Kohler Lane hill and coming up the hill to Quad from the east. Looks like this is about the same as walking 2/running 4 mins, at least for today. Probably could have done another mile like this, so maybe it's time to move the 5-milers to solid running and not mess around w/walk breaks there. Would still leave them in on the long runs, tho.
