Notes

Zone 125-135. Ran loooong stretches w/no peeping! Made it up some hills where I have had to walk, made it farther up some hills than usual. Felt good in the middle, legs tired in the last few miles. Kind of expected a faster pace, seeing as how I felt better than yesterday, but this is still significantly faster than when I first started.
