Notes

VERY glad it was warm enough to run outside. Ran first loop in 1:02:09 @10:22 pac3, stopped at the garage to pee and drink water, then second loop in 1:00:00 @10:00 pace. Stopped at garage to pee, drink water and do 2X caffeine gel. Started 2nd loop with first 2 miles in about 19:00, went thru mile 3 at 28:something, then did not check until done. I am fairly sure it was 54:36 total, which is 9:06 pace for the last loop, but that just seems too fast...possible it was 57:36? Possible, but seem to remember glancing at watch shortly after finishing and seeing 55:??, so I do think it was much faster.

Was deliberately starting slow--original plan was to do 10:30, 10:15 and 10:00 loops. First loop came out a bit faster, second faster yet, so decided to just run the last as best I could w/o dying. Went much better than expected. Tired now but nothing hurts, only standard soreness on inside of right ankle. Quite satisfied w/the day's work!
