Notes

Ran first part of El Rio for warmup, 3.5 miles at about 10:00 pace. Ran Ravenwood hill x5, very consistent at 2:50 to 2:52 each. Ran 3rd and 5th downhill a bit faster, not a jog like the others but not hard, just loosening up and trying to go faster w/good form. I didn't feel real bad at any point--biggest problem was pooping after nearly every hill! Ran another mile untimed for cooldown.

Looking back, I see that these ran from 2:44 to 2:48 last time, but I also think I was pretty trashed at the end then and I am not so much this time. It is mid 70s and humid again, so I guess I'll take what I got. Maybe just a TAD harder next time....
