Notes

Temps around 0 and wind chills below, so stayed in again. Kept it at 10:20 most of the time at 1, 1.5, or 2 incline; went to 10:10 or 10:00 on 1, 0.5 and 0 incline and went to 10:31 on occasion on 2 or 2.5 incline. Ran the last few miles at 10:10 to 10:00 and 1 incline, then went to 0.5 and gradually ramped up to 8:57 over the last mile, last third of a mile or so at this pace.

Things of note: Right achilles a bit sore near the end and some sore spots on inside of right heel on bone, better in a few hours. Ate a gel at 10 miles. Felt like an effort but not too bad....could have pushed a bit harder but am worried about Tuesday's LT workout, since I scarcely hung on for 4 miles at a bit slower than half marathon pace last time and this is 5 miles at 15K to half pace....more will be revealed.
