Notes

When the HRM beeped, I would walk, wait till beeping stopped, and then count 20 steps on uphills, 10 steps on downhills and 15 steps on the flats. Then I would start running again. On slight inclines, I could just walk 20 and run 20-30 and not have any beeping, which was pleasant. This was a much more pleasant MAF run than any I have had before, so maybe this is the way to keep SOME kind of rhythm and control and not feel like I am at the mercy of the HRM, worrying about going too slow, etc. Breathed 3/3 again.
