Notes

Long cool down after the race Beth...buildng that endurance in the legs...1 hour, comfortable/steady....nothing fancy on this one except that your legs will feel a little beat up. **** I included mileage from warmup and strides also here.

Was a little short on strides, ran out of time. Ran very easy for the cooldown and it was just mainly hard to keep going, really wanted to just walk or skip it. Met many dogs, though!
