Before strength run the following:
5 minutes build to 6.0 MPH
5 minutes build to 6.5 MPH
5 minutes build to 7.0 MPH
5 minutes hold 7.0 MPH
After strength run the following:
5 minutes at 7.5 MPH...yes right away!
2 minutes 6.5 MPH
3 minutes 8.0 MPH
3 minutes 6.5 MPH
2 minutes 8.3 MPH
5 minutes 6.5 MPH
5 minutes 6.0 MPH
