Way too fast, especially on a day where the recovery indicator said "train but don't strain." The range was 10:07 to 11:36, and I had ONE mile that fell in there! I checked the first mile and knew it was too fast but didn't really make an effort to slow down till mile 3. Have to make sure to run extra easy tomorrow.
