Ran at my normal early time, felt much better than yesterday. May have to keep this schedule anyway. Again focused on 180+ strides per minute, checked once each mile, was OK for both. Feeling pretty good today, looking forward to tomorrow and then a little longer run on Sunday. I like the Mayfly shoes more the more I wear them, almost wish I had bought 2 since so cheap. The "arch" or whatever is getting beat down and they are more comfy now than when new.
