Well, I'm off the slow end by 5 sec/mile. I ran comfortably, actually reminded myself to slown down several times; guess I did the "easy" thing a little too well. Well, wtf.

Think I may wear the HRM a few times just for another way of checking if I'm actually hitting the levels I should be or if I'm over- or under-exerting.

Tomorrow is another day--altho forecast is for rain, so I may end up doing some kind of elliptical workout instead.
