Focused on keeping stride rate at 45 per foot per 30 seconds, as I notice lately I have been slowing down. Kept a reasonably steady pace up Maple Crest but once again flew on the downhill mile....

All feels OK, nothing hurts. Ran mid-morning, as I think I am going to start doing as winter comes on.
