Hilly loop

Notes

Intermittent clouds, warm and somewhat humid, but windy at least. Original intent was to run the first loop light and steady going up and try to use the downs, then to work both ups and downs on the return loop. Between the weather and being a little tireder than I would like, decided to just go out and run it all easy.

Felt OK--the left foot PF issue is there but not bad right now.
