Ran this w/HRM again. Started w/zone of 115-125 but it was just ridiculous; I was walking more than running. Bumped it to 135-125 and that worked better. It is very windy, was raining when I started, turned to wet snow and then just snow. Will do the other 4 miles later on wearing a LOT of clothes.
Rules decided on for the 100-mile week: It MUST be run/walk. Can't use the elliptical. Will walk if HRM says I must, otherwise will run.
