Wow, a blazing fast day for me, hee hee! I walked the first and third 2-min segments, then walked another 2 mins at about 1.5 and then 2 mins again in the last mile, otherwise ran the rest. I felt OK, not too sore or tired after yesterday. Nice cool AM, not as sweaty as yesterday.
