Set out to do 16, figured I may as well do 18 just b/c it seems I have been hovering around 15-16 miles a long time. Only coffee w/cream before, no gels or anything during. Legs felt tired as I went on, breathing was fine (of course, very slow pace!). Ran first 4 miles breathing 2/3, then 2/2 for the remainder. Feet feel like the bottoms will hurt tomorrow.
