Notes

Minooka w/Garmin. Did not get out to run till 8:30, hot and humid. Original plan to run 11 miles. Then when it was getting so late, decided to run for 2 hours. After I actually got out there, decided maybe 6 miles would be enough. Felt like shit in the 5th mile and decided to just head in and take what I had. I was tired and not liking it right from the get-go.
