Pretty unpleasant day--started out at 77 degrees and 89% humidity, ended at 81 degrees and 79% humidity. Could definitely feel the humidity drop, and thank god for the 10 mph wind.....Clearly I didn't come even close to my paces. Heat and humidity factor adjustors give anywhere from 3 mins/mile to 20% slower. I just did what I could and am damn glad I am done.
On the bright side, I felt so much better after seeing Sarah yesterday--slept an hour when I got home and then slept well last night too. Am going to write this off to the heat and see how things go this weekend when it's cooler.
