Notes

Intended to do 2 miles, route turned out to be longer than I thought. Ran very easy, breathing 3/2, did not wear a watch. A bit stiff at first but really not bad after that. I felt better than normal after a marathon yesterday AM but then felt a lot worse, more like normal post marathon soreness, after massage yesterday. Sore all over then, shoulders, arms, etc. Right quad the sorest this AM but much better than yesterday afternoon. No problems at all in ankles, feet or Achilles/posterior tib area.
