Notes

A little sore in that hip/groin, more than a little tired and nauseous, not feeling all that great today so stayed inside.

Did a 5-min warmup, then 55 mins for the workout. Did the 10K program for 37 mins, then powerwalk for 18. Since I did a warmup, I came up to 132 bpm in the first minute or so of the workout and never really dropped below that, but since I was feeling kind of beat today, I never got much above 142 or so, and never over 145 at all.

I have to wonder what that "recovery indicator" thing really does, since clearly my RHR can range from 59 to 67 and it doesn't think anything's odd....! Also, "round your sleep to the nearest quarter hour"? Then IT rounds 8.5 to 9? Not sure this was money well spent, but I guess we'll see.
