4.5 to 6.5, goal 5.5. 12:03 to 10:30, goal 11:03.
Ran this too fast, and it FELT too fast. I was at the Pettit Center, due to horrible weather, and for some reason figured that my laps needed to be between 2:45 and 3:00. I ran the first few laps at what probably SHOULD have been my pace, then worked on picking it up (unnecessarily, as it turns out....). A great example of running to my watch and not to how I felt.
HOWEVER: Most laps were pretty consistent. From lap 4 to lap 23, all within 2:48-2:52. So there is at least some consistency (which there should be, since there is no wind or hills!)
