Notes

Felt very good up until 7 miles, then weird "tightness" issues in left leg, arch to butt, walked, stretched, finally ran w/foot like floppy loose, by 8 miles felt OK again. Did not check watch at all, just ran comfortably and continuously except for 2 pees and a dog menacement incident. Walking time w/leg trouble included also. Fairly happy w/time, given that I raced yesterday. Feeling tired by 13, but switched to 2/2 breathing for last 5 and felt as if I picked it up. Felt loose, not painful or clompy.
