Looks like we might get some snow this weekend Beth. Should be interesting :) Very slight pace changes today Beth. This is an overall good endurance run.
1 mile gradual warm up to 9:30ish pace
1 mile gradual build to 9:00 pace
1 mile 8:45 pace
1 mile 9:00 pace
1 mile 8:30 pace
1 mile 9:00 pace
1 mile 8:45 pace
1 mile 9:00 pace
1 mile easy 9:30 pace
Some snow on the roads but most places could find a clear lane to run, not bad. Did not hear beep for mile alert for some miles in the middle (like 4, 5, 6?) so did not see results of those miles while running. I think all in all I came out fairly close here. Last mile is fast but that is primarily b/c I came back north into the wind for that mile in an open area and it was worse than I thought, did not want to slow down that much as I was gettting cold.
