Ran "loops 2 and 3" up on top of the hill in the new subdivision in order to have a snow free surface to run on. No comment from Briana on the times, which I think are GREAT considering how hard I was working and how bad I wanted to quit. Not sure if it was that bad of a thing to not have a 4-mile loop, but I worked very very hard today and will be happy with this no matter what.
Beth today I need a 4 mile loop or you can do an out and back...either works.
Loop/4 mile #1:
2 miles easy warm up
2 miles steady build/settle into 9:00 pace
Loop/4 mile #2:
2 miles 8:45 pace
2 miles 8:30 pace
Loop/4 mile #3...same as #2:
2 miles 8:45 pace
2 miles 8:30 pace
Cool down with 2 miles easy...but no slower than 10:00 pace.
