Ran kind of randomly down to the farmers' market. Cool pleasant AM, kind of surprised it was this slow (altho really the pace is fine) b/c it FELT like I was going faster...well, it's long run pace. so good enough. Nothing feels bad except the left foot PF type thing is noticeable.
