Used Garmin, 2 mins walk/4 mins run. This is kind of a cheat, as I did NOT run it on Sunday but rather on Monday, 10/1, due to sleeping in till 5 AM on Sunday!! I DID run the miles, just not on Sunday, but recorded it as being Sunday. I am surprised at the pace, as I didn't feel like I was moving especially quick and actually had problems w/tight neck and shoulders for the first several miles, didn't start feeling good until probably 7 or 8 miles.

It's encouraging to see that at least this is coming along, since I don't seem to be losing any weight. Well, I have decided I have to really go strictly wheat-free and see--no wheat for 2 days so far.
