Notes

Just easy, altho not quite a jog--had to breathe 2/2 on flats and hills, could only do 3/3 on downhills. Calves a little sore today, not bad, but I'm happy to have no soreness in the peroneal areas, just the calves. Looks like soreness might have as much to do w/a harder effort as with distance.
