Notes
3.5 to 5.5 miles, 11:55 to 10:20. Goal 4.5 miles @10:55.
A pleasant evening, less wind, warmer. Did not do mile splits, just total. I see I'm on the slow end, but still within limits, and that is OK, as I was tired and stiff last night and a bit tired today. Ran at a totally comfortable rate, only feeling like I was working at all on the uphills.
Weird thing in the front of right thigh/knee that happened 3 times, not clear on what aggravates it.
