2 miles at MAF
1x20 seconds 1-leg hop
1x20 seconds no arms run
Did time equivalent on elliptical, very hot and windy. Kept HR in MAF zone as best I could, altho for some reason the elliptical seemed to be picking up the signal very erratically (was fine yesterday) and would jump from 118 to 59 or show 123, then seconds later 119, then seconds later 115, etc. Used X-mode to get some variety.
