2 to 3 miles, goal 2.5. 11:56 to 10:20, goal 10:57. 15 min WU and CD, 1.25 miles each.

Ran at River Edge Park. Did not check watch at all. Ran 1-1/2 laps WU, then a lap of counting X steps faster and X steps jog, a lap of park benches on and off, a lap of straightaways, and a lap of jog-speed 1-speed 2-speed 1-speed 3-jog. Then a lap and a half of CD. Felt good, and actually DID have fun with this, which has not been the case prior to this!

All paces within range, but again, the actual fartlek portion is on the fast end.
