Notes

The plan was 9:30, 9:00, 8:30, 8:00 and then a mile cooldown. In reality, first mile at 8:44, second at 8:50, third at 8:10, fourth at 7:50. Happy w/miles 3 and 4, but 1 was way too fast and 2 pretty close. Last mile VERY EASY jog, probably about 10:30. Brief twinge in right arch in mile 1, brief twinge where Achilles meets heel bone in right foot in mile 4, neither lasted more than 30 seconds. All else OK. Tired at the end; 5 miles is long enough for this right now.
