Ran this by time, the same way I did last time. Kept to a fairly flat course. Comparing to last time, I see a little more difference between the WU/CD sections and the jog/stride sections within each workout, which I think is probably good. WU segments similar pace both days, then jog/stride section about 20 sec/mile quicker this time. CD section slower last time, but I walked the last 3 mins. Again, I think this way of doing this workout is the best. I only have to do this up until the week before Thanksgiving, I believe, so only 3 more times anyway.

I felt the best I have this week so far, altho it was aided by coffee and a couple of ibuprofen (yesterday and today I was very sore in muscles and joints, not sure if that's just b/c of eating so much crap lately or ?). Made sure to not get overexuberant, since tomorrow IS the out-and-back. Now a hot bath and some breakfast await me, not sure in which order...
