Ran this all on the hill loop. Planned 5, ran 4. Tired like sleepy-tired and legs are sore in the hip and groin areas. Wasn't sure 1 more mile would make it any better. Pace is almost a minute per mile slower than the last time I did the hill loop repeatedly, and that was a 12-miler!
