Mile 1 breathing 2/3 for about half of it. Miles 2 and 3 breathing 2/2. Mile 4, most of it breathing 2/3. Mile 5 ALL 2/3 but very flat to downhill mile. All of this felt easy. Left calf and right quad still a little sore, will stretch and roll today. Left foot a bit sore in front of the heel.
