Notes

Use Garmin, 2 mins walk/2 mins run. Had to shorten run, tomatoes to do. Actually that turned out to be a good thing as I didn't have all that great of a run--kind of tired, quads a little stiff, just not having a lot of fun. Went over to Foxbrook Park and did a few laps there, ran in the woods over by the Wilson Center, just for a change of scenery.
