Notes

This was to be a 5-mile marathon pace run. I took the first mile for a warmup, did not time it. Then with MP run, first mile 8:51, second around 8:10, third about 8:55, fourth about 8:50 and last about 8:30. Third and fourth miles hilly, so hence the slowdown. Last mile w/only flat or uphill also but it was the last mile, hence gained time. Felt fine, altho working somewhat hard.
