Notes

First 12 mins gradual warmup to 132 bpm, then 12 mins power walk level 2, then 11 mins intervals (low 2, high 4), then 10 mins manual gradual ramp up to level 4 and back down, then 10 mins hills level 3. HR stayed mostly below 140 for the first half, then between 138 and 144 for most of the rest.

Was really tempted to run outside today, as my hip/groin/low back felt almost totally pain free by midmorning, altho I did have some discomfort when walking the dogs earlier. Think it might be the better part of valor to stay inside 1 more week...
