Originally day was to be a double, 5 each time. It's going to be HOT again, so thought I'd do all 10 up at the pond. Ran first 4 laps w/o looking (dark), then noticed how slow the pace was and thought about the degree of tiredness and soreness today and said forget it, this is going to be it.

No HRM, ran breathing 2/3, walked both curved ends of the loop.
