Notes

Took the Garmin and set it to beep every 2 mins again. Started out 2 on/2 off, then started going multiples of 2 on if i was going downhill or level. I cheated on this a little in that I looked at where I was at 1 hour and then ran the last 2 mins harder to make it turn out "right"; it didn't just happen naturally like the last 2 runs. I was on about a 12:30 pace when I checked early in the run but it was warm (I didn't get out until 8 AM) and I stopped at a sprinkler, so both those things slowed me down a little.
