Hurt a fair amount for the first 2 miles, appalled I went that slow but determined to just run. Third mile felt a little better altho still seriously considering bagging it. Miles 4 and 5 better but still not great. Right leg sorer. TRIED to keep on midfoot landing, not sure how well I did. Left leg upper front thigh and groin a bit sore.
