Notes

Used Garmin set to 2 mins, alternated 2 mins walk/2 mins run for the first 4 miles or so. Then 1 lap run/half lap walk x4, which took me up to about 9 miles. Then 4 mins run/2 mins walk up to 12.5 miles, last 2 laps ran harder. Curious to see how I feel tomorrow as this is a little harder than previous longer runs. It was nice to run on this loop on grass or gravel rather than the road. Cool day, cloudy--that didn't hurt either.
