77 degrees at 5 AM, humid again but at least some wind. I seriously considered ditching this run but decided to go out anyway, just doing a flat slow run again. Will take tomorrow off or very short, walk dogs in AM and swim in the PM maybe. That would make a good rest day, and then long on Sunday.
Nothing hurting, feelng OK outside of the weather.
