4 to 6, goal 5.5. 11:49 to 10:16, goal 10:50.

The past 2 days have caught up w/me and I was kind of leg-weary going out the door. It's in the low 20s w/a pretty good wind in the west, strong enough to be unpleasant running into it, especially up MC hill. I felt like I was working a little too hard thru the whole run, but looking at paces, it appears to have been b/c I was tired since pace was OK overall.

I'm happy to see that 4 of the 6 miles were within 4 sec/mile of the goal, and the ones that were markedly slower were the first mile and the mostly uphill mile 5. Looking forward to an easy day tomorrow (altho not to the freezing temps predicted for the next week!).
