Used Garmin, 2 mins walk/4 mins run, at Foxbrook Park/Wilson area. Put a bit more effort into this, not running hard but not just trotting. I think this is my "fastest" (relatively speaking" since starting up again.

After stopping, the bottom of my right foot is quite sore. Didn't notice anything odd while running. After walking, it's OK, but when I stop for a while and then walk again, it hurts again.
